At the helm of Neo Facility business are Sanjay Bansal & Rakesh Sharma leading a team of dedicated professionals from service sector background.

In past Sanjay Bansal has worked as COO/ Vice President of major service provider companies before branching out on his own. With years of experience in security & facility management business and setting up of green field projects he is always active in developing better ways for client servicing.

Rakesh Sharma has over 25 years experience in running various businesses including higher education colleges under IP University, Real Estate & Construction business in NCR. He is a keen advocate of technology up gradation & innovation that has led to colleges under him being given the status of best colleges under IP University.

One of our client was facing a major problem of theft at their campus office. When we were approached to provide security at their campus we first conducted a security audit for them. During the audit it was found that most of the cameras installed were not working and the server to support the recording was also not functional. There was no lady guard and no frisking was being done of the employees. After these security lapses were rectified from past 1 year they have faced no such incident.

Another client approached us with a serious problem of cleanliness in their office. Again we first conducted an audit for them & found that the existing vendor was not using any chemicals, mechanized equipments to clean the campus & all the cleaning was being done by untrained housekeepers. Today their campus is one of the better managed campus in that area.
